1. Be kind, not cruel.

We welcome dialogue, even when it includes critique. But hate speech, harassment, bullying, or abusive language? Not here. Comments that target race, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, or trauma will be removed.

2. Stay relevant.

Comments should relate to the post or the mission. We love stories, thoughtful reflections, and questions—but keep things focused. This helps everyone engage meaningfully.

3. Zero tolerance for spam, trolling, or self-promotion.

Please don’t use our platforms to promote your business, drop random links, or derail the conversation. Trolling or repetitive disruption will lead to removal or bans.

4. Protect your privacy—and others'.

Do not share private contact info, addresses, or anything personal (yours or someone else’s). If you need to contact us directly, email is best.

5. We moderate with purpose.

We reserve the right to remove any comment that violates these guidelines. If you believe something was removed in error, feel free to reach out. We’re human, too.
